The development of a residential and commercial complex is being undertaken to supply about 13,000 residential units in the Yonghyeon and Hakik districts of Incheon, the site of the former OCI plant.

DCRE, a subsidiary of OCI Holdings, is executing the CITYOCIEL urban development project at OCI’s former plant site in the Yonghyeon·Hakik district of Incheon.

‘CITYOCIEL’ is a mini-new city-level private urban development project to develop 1,546,747㎡ of land in and around 587-1 Hagik-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon.

About 13,000 housing units (10 residential complexes) in the urban development zone are scheduled to constructured and be pre-sold.

With the inaugural sale of CITYOCIEL complex 3 in March 2021, the sales of each complex will proceed subsequentially.

Under the brand name of CITYOCIEL, where 'O’ represents Optimal or Origin and refers to the center of harmony, and 'CIEL’ is the French word for sky (top).

In the design of a luxurious complex city and human-centric city enjoying the optimal value through housing and economic values, the origins of the names of Yoghyeon and Hakik were expressed as the sky, and signify the best city becoming a new center through harmony of nature, people, city and culture under the sky, and through convenience in transportation and rich infrastructure.
