Personal information collected through the Ethics and Compliance Hotline is retained for one year after the conclusion of the report case as a principle. However, exceptions are made in cases where separate retention is necessary, such as for reports eligible for rewards.

For the purpose of processing your report, your personal information may be provided to the relevant companies. If you do not wish for your personal information to be shared, you may submit your report anonymously.
