Reports based on unfounded rumors or intended to slander others may not be investigated. If you have relevant materials (photos, documents, evidence, etc.), attaching them will greatly assist in the investigation.

However, please note that anonymous reports may be limited in investigation processing due to restricted information.

The purpose of collecting and using personal information is for additional verification of report content, notification of receipt confirmation, and other processing needs as required.

Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information

As a principle, personal information collected through the Ethics and Compliance Hotline is retained for one year after the conclusion of the report case. However, exceptions are made in cases where separate retention is necessary, such as for reports eligible for whistleblower rewards.

Types of Information Collected for disclosure to Third Parties

For the purpose of processing your report, your personal information may be provided to the relevant companies. If you do not wish for your personal information to be shared, you may submit your report anonymously.

  • Personal information provided: Name, email address, telephone(mobile phone) number
  • Purpose: For additional verification of the report, confirmation of receipt, etc., if needed
  • Period of retention and use : The same as the processing and retention period of personal information
